I work with people who often feel like outsiders, creatives, deep feelers, neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQ+ clients, and anyone trying to reconnect with who they truly are underneath masking, shame, burnout, or self-doubt. Together, we’ll explore the parts of you that may have been misunderstood and help you build a life that feels more authentic, grounded, and joyful.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, creative, and deeply affirming. Sessions with me are not about becoming someone else — they’re about helping you feel more confident being yourself. We may laugh, cry, swear, process hard things, geek out over shared interests, or follow unexpected tangents that lead to important insights. Curiosity, creativity, special interests, and individuality are always welcome here.
As someone who grew up feeling different, I understand the desire to be accepted for who you are rather than pressured to shrink yourself to fit others’ expectations. My own therapy journey taught me that the qualities that once made me feel marginalized were also sources of resilience, connection, and strength. I believe the same can be true for you.
